How to Apply for one of our Properties

Rest assured, if the property is still being marketed for rent, it is still available! 

We utilize one of the largest and most reputable Tenant Screening Services, NTN National Tenant Network, to approve your application prior to scheduling your showing:

1) Go to our NTN screening website:  Click Here
2) Fill out as much of the application as you can
3) Submit Payment directly to NTN at the end of the application 
4) We will receive an alert automatically that your Application has been completed, and will contact you as soon as possible to Approve your Screening and Schedule your Showing
